Hand turned in Spalted Beech, London Plane and Hornbeam by Rob & Sal in Somerset. Using a Sheffield steel blade, this is a quintessentially British Cheese Knife. 

Due to the nature of the wood, the grain and the patterning, each knife is unique in natural design.
