Mike Parry makes functional slipware pottery pots that can be used on a daily basis or special occasions or admired upon a shelf. Mikes works from his home studio in South West Wales. The rich earthy tones of the earthenware clay, decorated with various slips and glazes to produce wonderfully glossy and charismatic pottery that would look at home on a shabby farmhouse table as well as a smart townhouse. We are extremely pleased to welcome his work to our shop.

I actually bought one of these as a present and loved it so much that I had to ask Mike if he would make some work for our shop. This is such a beautiful object in my opinion. Not only totally functional as a serving dish but because it basically looks like a piece of art Mike has also added for us some hooks so when not being used you can hang on the wall either Landscape or portrait.
