Brook Studio was formed in 2016 and without doubt has to be one of the most exciting studios to form recently. Started by Tim Evershed, Brook Studio focuses on clean lines, design and sustainable materials. The studio has already forged a distinctive aesthetic that takes influence from the East, keeping each piece simple, confident and most importantly, beautiful. 

Made by Tim Evershed in Hampshire, this gorgeous Shaker Box incorporates sensory materials. The top is turned from Oak with all of its rich grain and colouring. The box wall is slotted together with leather, a soft yet firm use of the material that looks extremely tactile. Finally the base is cut from cedar which has a truly beautiful smell, every time the lid is lifted you get a an aroma of freshly cut wood. Tim has avoided glue, simply using copper studs he has formed this delightful piece.
